♦ Concept
We simply wanted to draw all the potential CR-Z possesses in its body to the utmost limit.
The design concept model into which MUGEN poured our technology and experience accumulated through our history to seek for the ultimate possibility of CR-Z. Whose exterior design is beefed up with aero dynamic parts developed through repeated wind tunnel testing. This design can be reminiscent of super sports car beyond the stereotype image of Hybrid vehicle. Not only aero dynamic refinement but also weight saving through adoption of carbon materials were accomplished. Wind tunnel testing was executed on not only the front lower wing, rear wing, and rear diffuser but the dexterously created bonnet and doors as well. Interior parts are all coordinated in the same color as body color, orange. Along with interior parts, so is illumination of the multifunction display.
