Honda CIVIC MUGEN RR ADVANCED CONCEPT will be displayed at The 1st BANGKOK INTERNATIONAL AUTO SALON 2012 held from June 21st to July 1st, 2012.

The concept is "Incredible Super Sports." Concept of MUGEN RR is deepened and reflected on this car. To create the fastest ultimate FF car on street, super weight saving technology defying conventional common sense was adopted. MUGEN RR ADVANCED CONCEPT, the advanced model of the Honda CIVIC MUGEN RR having demonstrated high controllability and incredible performance, accomplished power-to-weight ratio, 4.21kg/PS. The excellent handling, ultra-lightweight body due to carbon composite material, and 2.2L engine boosted up to 260PS played a big role for recording such a power-to-weight ratio. Torsional stiffness increased up to totally more than 10% and cross-ration between 2nd and 5th speed of the 6-speed manual mission enabled ADVANCED MUGERN RR to record LAP time 1’4”.906 at Tsukuba circuit 2000 course.
