Announcement of "Pro Spec. Suspension" for CR-Z, FIT RS, FIT HYBRID RS

MUGEN (M-TEC Co., Ltd. Shin Nagaosa, president) (hereinafter called MUGEN) will start to sell "Pro Sepc. Suspension" for the best selling cars, CR-Z, FIT RS, FIT HYBRID RS Honda Motor Company, Limited produces at Honda cars and MUGEN parts shops all over Japan from May 29th, (Wed).

Pro Sepc. Suspension is 32 level damping force adjustable suspension considering mainly performance for circuit driving at the same time driving comfort in daily use for its development.

Inverted type shock absorbers was selected, and rigidity of its damper unit is 2.1 times as strong as OEM damper unit. Due to optimization of the form of the knuckle bracket and thickened damper mount nuts, driver can expect quick reaction of the car at steering and stability at corners.

At the same time form of the needle which adjust amount of the oil flow was optimized to improve oil flow control drastically to enable this suspension to cover driving from in daily use to at circuit courses.

Furthermore, exclusive damper oil with excellent friction control capability was adopted for smooth dumping, which in the end contributes to improvement of steering feeling when in a subtle steering and driving through subtle bumpy area of a highway. This is the suspension all the functions the customers with for are in.
