TOKYO AUTO SALON 2014 with NAPAC Overview of Exhibition

M-TEC Co., Ltd. headed by President Shin Nagaosa (hereafter called MUGEN) presents an overview of the exhibition at TOKYO AUTO SALON 2014 with NAPAC (organized by the TOKYO AUTO SALON ASSOCIATION or TASA) to be held from January 10th (Fri.) to 12th (Sun.) at Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex.

Our concept this year is “MUGEN POWER 2014.” MUGEN will express a wide range of MUGEN activities by displaying the SUPER GT and SUPER FORMULA series championship machines, a concept car, and models equipped with MUGEN parts at the Honda booth.

We will debut our concept car (“MUGEN VEZEL CONCEPT”) based on the Honda VEZEL introduced to the Japanese market in December 2013.

We will also show our “TEAM MUGEN” racing spirit by exhibiting two 2013 Japanese top-category series championship machines - the “MUGEN CR-Z GT (TEAM MUGEN #16)” that won both the series championship and drivers' championship in the SUPER GT 300 class, and the “SF13 (TEAM MUGEN #16)” that won the drivers' championship in the SUPER FORMULA series.

In addition to the racing machines and the concept model, models equipped with MUGEN parts and based on the VEZEL, FIT RS, ODYSSEY ABSOLUTE, and N-WGN Custom will be displayed.

MUGEN CR-Z GT (TEAM MUGEN #16) The 2013 SUPER GT Series GT300 class championship machine, “TEAM MUGEN” MUGEN CR-Z GT became the first hybrid championship machine in the series.

SF13 (TEAM MUGEN #16) The 2013 SUPER FORMULA SERIES championship machine won the drivers' championship with points earned from all the series races, including one win in five appearances on the victory stand.
