The ultimate brake system for both street and circuit driving; comprising of the newly-developed front monobloc 4-piston caliper, front and rear pads, front rotor, and micromesh brake lines. Active Gate Brake System

MUGEN’s Active Brake System is a highly efficient front brake system of DC2/DB8/EK9 which are exclusive for each respective "R" type model having an outstanding performance even under such severe running conditions as the circuit running. The combination of a newly developed large diameter disk rotor with an exclusive caliper, sports brake pad, and micro-mesh brake line has significantly improved the braking performance as well as the pedal pressing and brake control performance.
